Yearbook
If you are well organized this is the job for you! Team members are needed to assist with gathering photos throughout the year, assembling the yearbook and helping make this keepsake special for all students!
Fall Festival
Our biggest event of the year! Carnival themed evening with food, fun, games, prizes and music. All hands on deck for set up and take down day of, Dads Crew for the Haunted House build and team members to support the logistics of the event. New families joining the Fall Festival team is imperative to keep this event running each year!
Book Fair
Twice yearly Scholastic Book Fair includes class visits and sales before and after school, volunteer coordination, set up and take down.
School Apparel
Do you have an eye for design? Help us build an online store and offer Shoal Creek logo swag. Can design merchandise, help coordinate orders and handle fulfillment. Typically done once a year, but can be done more.
Birthday Banners
Are you creative? Help us create custom birthday banners for students each month. This involves the creating the banner, laminating, hanging and removing banners each month.
Online/Live Auction
Another fun, behind the scenes way to get involved. Spearhead a team that will assist with this big project. This includes reaching out to businesses for donations, picking up donated items and managing the online auction.
Bubble Run
Our school’s largest donation based fundraiser. This involves updating fliers, marketing of the campaign and reminders for the school. Each campaign lasts about 2 weeks. Minimal onsite time.
Family Dance
Coordinate the annual Family Glow Dance and support Kindness Week!
