Shoal Creek Parents Night Out at The Florence - March 28, 2020
Say bye bye bye to your kids for the evening and come out to sing along to your favorite boy band jams at Parents Night Out (PNO) 2020! Hosted on Saturday, March 28, 2020, PNO will be held at The Florence Restaurant right here in Carmel Mountain Ranch. This school-wide fundraiser hosted by the Shoal Creek Educational Foundation is a fun-filled night of great company, delicious food, live music and an amazing auction that is the main driver for the important programs funded by the foundation.
In addition to the live auction at the event, there is also an online auction opening March 1, 2020. Even if you can't make it to the event, you can find some great steals from the comfort of your couch!

LIVE COVER BAND & DANCING
You know when an 'Nsync song pops on the radio, you can't help but sing along, right? Get that singing voice ready for a cover band belting out your favorite boy band hits. Having a live band is new to PNO this year and it's for EVERYBOOOOOODAY yaaaaaa! See you on the dancefloor.
DINNER & DRINKS
You can't have a nice meal without something to sip on. The Florence will be preparing a meal to remember as part of the ticket. A full cash bar will also be open for your choice of beverage.
Early Bird ticket for the VIP Experience which includes a wine tasting experience and early access to the live auction bidding items as well as entry into the main event for dinner, music and fun!

What is Parents Night Out?
This is a schoolwide fundraiser hosted by Shoal Creek Educational Foundation. It is a fun-filled night of great company, delicious food, a band, and a live auction items to help raise funds for Shoal Creek Elementary School.
How does the school make money?
While some schools charge up to $100 per person to attend, our event ticket costs much less to keep it affordable for you to attend. We don't profit from the tickets; these funds simply cover the cost of the event. Shoal Creek Educational Foundation volunteers have solicited donations from the community and businesses, which will be up for bid. Since these items are donated, SCEF makes money on the items that you will bid on and win at auction!
Who benefits from the auction proceeds?
All proceeds go to the Shoal Creek Educational Foundation which supports the entire Shoal Creek student community.
How does this help Shoal Creek?
Money raised will be used to help fund items or resources not provided by the district or state; such as a music teacher, impact teachers, math and science supplies and much more.
What will be auctioned?
We have a variety of items donated...something for everyone. Some packages include: date night packages, family activities, entertainment tickets, sports tickets and items, luxury items, personal services and much more!
What is the difference between the online auction and live auction?
For the first time this year, the silent auction items will be placed online so that anyone is able to participate - even those who are unable to attend can find some great deals to support the school! The live auction will be held at PNO and will consist mainly of larger ticket items.
When should I buy my tickets?

What should I wear?
Dress up or dress down - just come ready to have fun!
When will the list of auction items be sent home?
The items included in the online auction can be found on the auction site directly (visit shoalcreekpno.com and click on the auction link). This allows you to "shop" in advance by reading the description of the items including the value, donating company, expiration date etc. If you purchase tickets to attend the event, you will receive an email with the items that will be included in the live auction before the event.
When will I get the items that I win at the auction?
You will take home any items /certificates from the live auction that night after check-out. You will also be able to take home any teacher baskets that you won that night. Online auction items will be available for pickup from the office the week of March 30th.

For the first time, silent auction items will be placed online so that everyone is able to participate - Friends, Grandparents, Neighbors, co-workers and your favorite Costco check out person can find some great deals to support the school! Big Bear Weekend - 3 Days/2 Nights at a luxury, recently remodeled 4 Bd 3 Bath Big Bear Cabin. ShuffleBoard, hot tub, Internet, BBQ, walking distance of the lake, park, & playground.
Epic Padres Experience - Watch batting practice right next to the Padres’ dugout, enjoy a buffet as you see Padres players warming up, & watch the game from behind home plate where the TV cameras catch you, while indulging in unlimited food and beverages (includes alcoholic).
